A Conversation First
Before any arrangement is agreed, we have a proper conversation about the older person and what the family would like to see in place. This can happen by phone or in person.
A Written Summary
We produce a written summary of the agreed scope — what is included, when it happens, and what the family will receive. Nothing starts until both sides are comfortable with the arrangement.
Regular Updates
Throughout the arrangement, the family receives confirmation messages, progress notes, and — for monthly programmes — a written summary of the period's activities and any observations.
Festive & Occasion Support
Helping organise birthdays, holidays, family visits, and special days at home — from the planning stage through to gentle on-the-day coordination. This arrangement is well-suited to families who want occasions to feel relaxed and properly handled, without anyone being stretched too thin.
Scope is arranged per occasion, with planning that begins ahead of the day. The arrangement includes an occasion plan, coordination of household helpers, and an attentive on-the-day presence.

Errand & Appointment Logistics
